Order processing times
Orders are dispatched from Australia within 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During major sales or particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.
Shipping within Australia
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the products in your order and the shipping method selected.

Large products may require a freight service. The available delivery option and applicable cost will be shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service, and the carrier. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address used when placing the order after the parcel has been dispatched.
Local pickup
Local pickup may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm availability and provide collection details.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
